Job description

Unique opportunity to join Maryhaven, Central Ohio’s largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery. We strive to bring hope, innovation and compassion to people struggling with mental illnesses and addiction disorders, operating three campuses in Columbus.


Candidate will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Lead successful recertification, licensing, accreditation and auditing with CARF and OhioMHAS. Will review systems, evaluates quality, ensures compliance with contracts, standards, and certifications. Serves as Client Rights Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer. Direct program evaluation activities including evaluation of client satisfaction and service outcomes. Has lead responsibility for coordination and submission of funding and licensure applications and related reports. Manage electronic health records system and administration.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of Bachelor’s degree in human services or behavioral healthcare field. Two years experience required in quality assurance, project management, and planning in a healthcare, behavioral healthcare, or human service agency. Three years’ experience in the direct provision, administration, or management in healthcare, behavioral healthcare preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
