Job description

Electrical Simulation Design Engineer


Location: Raymond, OH


Responsibilities


Develop models of vehicle components (e.g. lights, ECUs, actuators, motors, switches) for application to electrical network simulation performed by the lead simulation engineer.


Models shall be in FMI/FMU format, preferably in tool-native formats where necessary.


Use industry tools such as Ansys Twinbuilder, Matlab Simulink, and NGspice for modelling in support of simulation for static and dynamic analysis of vehicle systems, including power systems and signalling.
