Job description

Contract - 18- 24 Months

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Project Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for data center or mission-critical construction projects. This role will drive quality standards, ensure compliance across design, construction, and commissioning phases, and manage QA/QC processes to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC programs, metrics, and standards.

  • Coordinate quality activities between design, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.

  • Review submittals (especially MEP), commissioning documents, and turnover packages for compliance.

  • Conduct audits, site inspections, and factory witness tests to ensure construction quality.

  • Manage non-conformance issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.

  • Support commissioning, energization, and start-up schedules and documentation.

  • Drive closure of quality issues in BIM360 and maintain QA/QC dashboards and reports.

  • Provide QA/QC training and support to project teams, contractors, and vendors.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of QA/QC experience in data center or mission-critical construction.

  • Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.

  • Strong knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, and critical infrastructure systems.

  • Experience leading QA/QC and commissioning programs.

  • Strong stakeholder, contractor, and vendor management skills.
