Reafco is an investment-focused real estate brokerage specializing in sourcing and closing residential properties throughout Ohio. Our team supports property owners and investors across multiple markets through structured systems and operational processes.
This internship provides guided exposure to brokerage operations, lead management systems, and transaction coordination within an active real estate environment.
Internship Overview
The Real Estate Operations Intern will support internal systems, lead tracking, and transaction workflow processes.
Participants may gain exposure to:
  • Lead tracking and CRM data management
  • Pipeline organization and follow-up systems
  • Supporting outreach coordination efforts
  • Assisting with documentation and transaction preparation
  • Market research and property data organization
  • Observing property walkthroughs and closing processes
