We serve all sizes of commercial mechanical companies across the U.S. with end user clients that include many top Fortune 100 companies. Our team has an entrepreneurial spirit and is results driven.

Position Overview:

Our customers choose PurgeRite because of our unique ability to deliver turn-key flushing solutions for some of the most complex hydronic systems being deployed today. This key position is responsible for engineering solutions unique to each customer's system after acquiring a deep understanding of their system design, their flushing and chemical treatment requirements, and the site infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently analyze complex hydronic systems and site considerations to devise an overall flushing strategy to meet customer needs

  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders such as owner representatives, general contractors, mechanical contractors, and chemical providers to achieve alignment on goals, constraints, and specifications
  • Perform necessary calculations, define and document detailed flush plans
  • Review flush plans with customers, revise as necessary based on customer feedback, and obtain final agreement.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for sales, operations, and customers
  • Review operational feedback from completed projects as input to continuous improvement efforts in our methods and practices. Identify and prioritize opportunities and drive those improvements

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with all stakeholders from field technicians to owner representatives
  • A strong sense of urgency and dedication to meeting project timelines
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly solve problems with practical solutions
  • Experience with pump sizing and related calculations such as interpreting pump curves, performing NPSH calculations, determining flow velocities in networked piping, and calculating heat gain
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant combined education and work experience.
