Career Details:
We are seeking a passionate Family & Children's Program Manager to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. As the Family & Children's Program Manager, you will support the expansion of the Family & Children's Program services and oversee operational services for the Family & Children's Team, After-School Program, special programming for children including programming during school break, Summer Quest, and clinical supervision of the Alvis, Inc. Family Team Counselor. Assure that programs are meeting grant requirements and meeting budget expectations. Provide prevention, consultation, and educational services to internal and external organizations.
Requirements
Education: Associate's degree is required in social services or human services field. Bachelors degree in social services or human services field is preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years' experience working with Family and Children in a therapeutic environment, and supervision & developing programs is required.
License:
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or higher by the state of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapy Board
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or higher by the state of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapy Board

  • Must have Ohio Certified Prevention Certification or be willing to work toward and achieve this credential within the first 2 years of employment.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Skills and Abilities:
Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
