Job description

Procurement Compliance Manager

Columbus, OH

Onsite – 5 Days per Week

Contract-to-Hire / Expected FTE Conversion

Visa Sponsorship: Not Available -no sponsorship / must have unrestricted work authorization

W2 rate - $70-72/hr W2 ONLY - NO 1099 NO CTC NO THIRD PARTY


We are hiring Project Managers that can contribute the following:

  • Lead procurement compliance for federally and state-funded grants and loans, overseeing governance, risk management, audits, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Operate independently as the go-to compliance expert, bringing structure to complex environments, improving processes, and driving accountability across teams.


Required Qualifications

  • PMP or other professional certifications are not required.
  • 8+ years of project management, program management, regulatory compliance, procurement, or related experience, preferably within a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience developing service catalogs or operating models NICE TO HAVE
  • Procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain experience.
  • Strong experience managing regulatory, compliance, governance, or funding-related projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of federal and/or state-funded project requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following IS IDEAL – familiarity is acceptable
  • Build America, Buy America (BABA)
  • Davis-Bacon Act
  • Uniform Guidance / 2 CFR Part 200
  • Cost/Price Analysis (CPA)
  • Federal or state procurement regulations
  • Grant or loan compliance
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, controls, procedures, and compliance processes.
  • Strong risk management, issue tracking, audit readiness, and remediation experience.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, metrics, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong process improvement and organizational skills.
  • Ability to independently assess a messy or ambiguous environment, identify gaps, and build practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
