Position Overview

We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist who takes pride in accuracy, problem-solving, and organization. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently while supporting a collaborative, family-owned work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of inventory control and accuracy.
  • Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Research, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Identify root causes of inventory variances and recommend preventative solutions.
  • Process inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement improvements to inventory control procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Distribution Manager to maintain an organized and accessible inventory system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and storage efficiency.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address inventory challenges.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications:
  • Previous inventory control and warehouse experience preferred.
  • NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Physical Requirements:
  • Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Use of warehouse ladders and pallet jacks.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
