Job description

As a Post-Harvest Agent, you're vital to the next critical steps following the cultivation of our cannabis plants. How? By collaborating closely with the Harvest Manager, you handle the delicate tasks of trimming, curing, and preparing the cannabis for its final stages. 
  • Trim and debud harvested cannabis plants with precision and attention to detail.
  • Hang and rotate plants in the dry room to ensure proper curing and moisture control.
  • Conduct post-processing tasks such as bucking, sorting, and preparing product for further refinement.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace to uphold quality and compliance standards.
  • Follow all SOPs and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Inspect and handle cannabis with care to preserve trichomes and overall product integrity.
  • Monitor environmental conditions in the drying and curing rooms to optimize product quality.
  • Assist with tracking and documenting product movement through the post-harvest process.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet processing goals and deadlines.
  • You're at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Have at least 1 year working in a fast-paced environment like a kitchen, warehouse, production plant, or manufacturing facility.
  • Can follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment.
  • Are willing to learn about, operate, and maintain facility equipment safely.
  • Have effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Can handle the physical demands of the job, including sitting and standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • You're curious and willing to support other departments by cross-training at the facility. 
  • Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or post-harvest processing (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with proper trimming techniques and cannabis handling best practices.
  • Ability to follow strict SOPs and compliance regulations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
