  • Flexible scheduling — we work with your life, not against it
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Grease Monkey professional certification training provided
  • A real path to grow — this is a leadership seat with room to advance
We're not looking for a resume. We're looking for a leader.
Grease Monkey Canal Winchester is a Veteran-Owned shop, and we run it with the same discipline and standards that define military service — show up, do the job right, take care of your team, take care of the customer. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
We need a Center Manager who can walk onto the floor, run a bay, train a tech, and close out the register — all in the same shift. This isn't a title. It's a working leadership role at a real neighborhood shop serving Canal Winchester, Pickerington, Reynoldsburg, and the Columbus Southeast corridor.
Who We Are: We're a team-first shop. We believe in discipline paired with real teamwork — not just following orders, but looking out for each other on the floor. We kick off Saturdays with breakfast for the team before the busiest day of the week gets going. Every team member gets access to Grease Monkey's professional training program, so you're not just working here — you're building a real skillset in the automotive industry.
What you'll actually be doing:
  • Running the day-to-day of the center — your team, your numbers, your bays
  • Training techs on the Grease Monkey Certified Pit Crew standard so every car gets the same quality service, every time
  • Being the person customers trust the moment they pull in — clear communication, honest recommendations, no upsell games
  • Hiring, scheduling, payroll, inventory — the real business side of running a shop
  • Keeping the place clean, safe, and running like it's yours — because while you're here, it is
What we need from you:

  • Previous experience managing a retail automotive center (or something close to it)
  • The ability to lead people, not just supervise them
  • Comfortable with basic computer work, POS systems, and paperwork
  • A valid driver's license and the willingness to get your hands dirty
  • Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
