  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with piano pedagogy methods and graded repertoire systems, and common challenges such as developing hand independence, building sight-reading fluency, and maintaining consistent practice habits. Adapts instruction using method books, repertoire selection matching student level and interests, and structured practice strategies to support students from absolute beginners through advanced pianists preparing for auditions and examinations.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
