    • Prepare competitive quotes, present proposals, and close sales efficiently.

    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

  • Client Onboarding & Retention

    • Facilitate a seamless transition from sales to service by setting up policies accurately and coordinating with account managers or service staff.

    • Provide a consultative experience that builds trust and encourages long-term client relationships.

    • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand client portfolios.

  • Carrier & Market Expertise

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.

    • Leverage comparative rater and agency technology platforms to streamline the quoting and sales process.

  • Documentation & Compliance

    • Accurately document client interactions, quotes, and policies in the agency management system.

    • Ensure compliance with all agency, carrier, and state insurance requirements.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of personal lines sales experience preferred (account executive, producer, or inside sales role).

  • Active Property & Casualty license (Ohio required, or ability to obtain promptly).

  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to close business.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfort working with technology platforms (comparative raters, CRM/AMS, digital tools).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary plus commission/bonus structure.

  • Unlimited earning potential tied directly to sales performance.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Retirement plan with company match.

  • Company-paid life insurance.

  • Paid time off and holidays.

  • Professional development and continuing education support.
