Job description

What You'll Do:
As the PeopleSoft Techno-functional position, you work on the Requirements and Configuration Management (RACM) team on the General Ledger and Commitment Control modules. The ideal candidate will possess an active CPA license in the State of Ohio or an active professional certification from the Association of Government Accountants as a Certified Governmental Financial Manager (CFGM). Additionally, the candidate will have the technical skills to debug and provide root cause analysis of production support issues including making financial and budgetary journal entries.
  • Daily functional support of Peoplesoft Financials
  • Manage assigned year-end close tasks
  • Write SQL and created PS Queries
  • Manage assigned test scripts and document results of annual upgrades to Peoplesoft Financials
  • Write, test, and validate journal entries to Peoplesoft Financials General Ledger and Commitment Control modules

Qualifications
Completion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, public administration, information systems, engineering or comparable field; 3 years experience in business process transformation, organizational design, strategic human capital management &/or business process reengineering; 12 mos. exp. in software design &/or development commensurate with position to be filled.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
