Aspen Careers is partnering with a respected and expanding elder law and estate planning firm in Ohio to help grow their dynamic legal team in both their Dublin and Lancaster offices. This is your opportunity to join a compassionate, client-focused practice that empowers families to secure their futures and protect what matters most.

Job Title: Managing Attorney - Trusts & Estates
Location: Dublin, OH – In-person role

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has at least 2 years of experience practicing law—experience in domestic relations, personal injury, criminal law, or similar areas is welcomed. Estate Planning experience is a plus, but is not required.

  • May be seeking a transition out of litigation into a more stable and fulfilling practice area.

  • Possesses exceptional communication, organizational, and client-service skills.

  • Has strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and professional demeanor.

  • Is comfortable with sales-based conversations, including securing client commitment to final fees during meetings.

  • Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple client matters and mentor team members.

  • Familiarity with WealthDocs and ElderCounsel is a plus—but not required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems preferred.
