Description:Part Time Service Coordinator (25 Hours/Week)

Company: Accord Curtains

Location: Worthington, OH

Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week

Reports To: Operations Manager

Hours: Typical schedule is approximately 7:30 AM–12:30 PM or 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility in start and end times may be available based on business needs and the candidate's availability.

We partner with hospitals, surgery centers, and other healthcare organizations to ensure privacy curtains remain compliant, clean, and professionally maintained while delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way.



Primary Responsibilities

This role owns scheduling, customer communication, work order coordination, operational tracking, and administrative support so our Operations Manager can focus on leading people, improving field operations, and growing the business.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys solving problems, communicates professionally, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.


Primary ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication & Service (35%)

Serve as the primary administrative contact for customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails
  • Respond to customer questions and service requests
  • Coordinate recurring curtain service visits
  • Schedule outpatient and special requests
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding issues
  • Escalate urgent operational concerns when necessary
  • Maintain professional customer relationships
Scheduling & Operational Support (30%)

Support efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Build technician schedules
  • Coordinate daily routes
  • Schedule outpatient work
  • Manage work orders
  • Ensure technicians have complete job information
  • Coordinate schedule changes
  • Track completed work
  • Assist with supply coordination
Reporting & Administrative Support (20%)

Maintain operational accuracy.

Responsibilities:
