Description
Creekside at the Village and the Memory Care Unit are seeking a passionate, driven, and relationship-focused Sales Counselor to join our team. This role is responsible for representing our Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care communities throughout the sales process while providing exceptional experience for prospective residents and their families.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships, guiding families through important life decisions, and making a lasting impact in the lives of older adults.

What You'll Do
Sales & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families from initial inquiry through move-in
  • Guide families through the decision-making process with professionalism, empathy, and expertise
  • Conduct personalized tours that showcase the lifestyle, amenities, services, and care options available within our communities
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects to build trust and move them confidently through the sales journey

Business Development & Outreach
  • Represent Creekside and The Cottage at networking events, community outreach opportunities, and professional meetings
  • Execute strategic outreach initiatives to increase community awareness and occupancy

CRM & Sales Management
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Manage leads, follow-up activities, and sales pipelines to meet and exceed occupancy goals
  • Track referral activity, conversion rates, and key sales metrics

Move-In Coordination
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to ensure seamless resident transitions
  • Coordinate move-in planning and welcome experiences
  • Support resident and family satisfaction throughout the onboarding process

Position Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust quickly
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Preferred Qualifications
  • Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or related sales experience
  • Experience working with Assisted Living, Independent Living, and/or Memory Care communities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
