Join our team as a part-time HR Admin and help our community flourish through recruiting, employee engagement, and HR operations!

Essential duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department on a part-time basis. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (paperwork, orientation scheduling, system access).
  • Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Process employee status changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers).
  • Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance data.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as needed.

Qualifications:
