Endoscopy Registered Nurse – Columbus, OH

Location: Columbus, OH

Start Date: 09/08/2026

End Date: 12/08/2026

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 AM – 06:30 PM)

Hours/Week: 40 hours/week

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

License/Certs: BLS, ACLS required

Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience, Endoscopy experience required; PACU experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $62.47/hr

What You'll Do

  • Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopy procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs and ensure comfort during procedures
  • Assist with pre- and post-procedure assessments and care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning

What You Need Required

  • Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years RN experience with at least 1 year in endoscopy
  • Experience with PACU, patient monitoring, and minimal supervision

Preferred

  • Experience working in a hospital or outpatient surgical setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
