Job description

RN - Outpatient Infusion

Shift Options: 5 x 8 hours (07:30 – 16:00) or 4 x 10 hours (07:30 – 18:00) No weekends, no holidays

Minimum 2 years RN experience Outpatient infusion/oncology experience required Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required EPIC charting experience required Valid compact or state RN license required at time of submission

Administer chemotherapy and monitor patients during infusion therapy Perform infusion center skills including IV starts, maintenance, and care for ports/PICCs/central lines Conduct blood draws and administer blood/blood products Manage extravasation and cytotoxic spills Provide patient and family education regarding oncology care Recognize abnormal lab results and manage basic oncology symptoms

Orientation: 64 hours Strict credentialing deadline: Tuesday prior to start (no exceptions) COVID-19 vaccine NOT required; Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) RTO required with submission
