Title: Retail Order Management/Operations Planner

Location: Columbus, OH

Contract Length: 4 + months – likely to extend

Schedule: Hybrid schedule

Pay Rate: $30 - 33.49 per hour on W2




Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Retail Order Management/Operations Planner to work for one of our retail, consumer product clients.


JOB DESCRIPTiON


Retail Order Management/Operations Planner

Overall Objectives


The is an individual contributor Retail Order Management/Operations Planner is responsible for owning the end-to-end order management process for multiple brand channels, uploading and maintenance of purchase orders, issue resolution in conjunction with offshore team, order reporting, and delivery tracking. Engages with supervisor and with time in role, different levels of leadership on production status, issue resolution and liability/dispute management. Manages day to day with some interaction from supervisor but is able to prioritize/organize autonomously after fully onboarded into the role.

Initiate POs

Manages PO

amendment resolution

Manage On Order

ReportingReview, respond and determine impact from weekly OSR. Audit monthly

Maintain Delivery Tracking

Track dye and cut dates

Follow up of Planning requests to adjust on order

Manage COMs/issue resolution related to on order and articles

Complete value Added Services

Manages tactical problem solving related to on order with CF peers

Ability to filter what needs elevated for issue resolution or can be resolved at this level

Production Planning

Adhere to order schedule and update necessary tracking documents for CF alignment.

Publish order schedules related to both flow and new fashion styles

Maintain floorset reporting for late deliveries.
