Job description

Forklift Operator

Join our team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator and keep operations moving! In this Tuesday–Saturday role from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, you'll provide quality material handling support that helps drive efficiency and growth. Reporting to the Facility Manager, this position may occasionally include weekends, holidays, and overtime—and comes with a competitive benefits package, including valuable company-paid plans.

Duties And Accountabilities
  • Operate a lift truck to pick orders, load and unload trucks.
  • Perform inventory control activities to ensure accurate product records.
  • Serve our customers by providing accurate correspondence on inbound and outbound orders.
Qualifications
  • Experience operating lift truck attachments.
  • Experience loading and unloading trucks and railcars using lift truck equipment.
  • Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift and travel between facilities as needed.
  • Demonstrated accuracy in counting and completing paperwork.
  • Previous knowledge or a desire to learn about the product being handled.
  • Positive, clear, and professional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Education And Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of previous lift truck experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be willing and able to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Must be willing and able to slide, push, or pull cases up to 60 pounds.
  • Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company.
