Fire Suppression Route Service TechnicianEarn Up to $26/Hour + Sign-On Bonus Available for Licensed Technicians

What You'll Do

As a Fire Suppression Route Service Technician, you'll be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and maintaining fire protection equipment at customer locations throughout your assigned territory.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining pre-engineered suppression systems
  • Servicing and recharging fire extinguishers
  • Inspecting emergency lighting systems
  • Educating customers on fire safety compliance requirements
  • Maintaining accurate service documentation
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while representing NELBUD professionally
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of fire suppression, fire protection, or fire extinguisher service experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces and at elevated heights
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Bonus Qualifications

Candidates who already hold active Ohio Fire Extinguisher and Ohio Pre-Engineered Suppression Licenses may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
