Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking a senior-level Java, Springboot Developer to contribute to the delivery of Java-based, REST API microservices in synchronization with the enterprise architecture roadmap. The role involves leading technical deliverables, facilitating teamwork, and ensuring high-quality software delivery while engaging with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver complex and high-quality software in either waterfall or agile methodology.
• Facilitate teamwork to guarantee successful delivery of solutions that simultaneously add value to the company's stakeholders and meet organizational objectives.
• Deeply understand business demands.
• Engaging in clear communication with business and technology stakeholders to propose solutions.
• Assume responsibility as the designated technical team lead for projects and their technical deliverables.
• Integrate SpringBoot services with the IDP provider using OpenID connect.
• Initiate system analysis, design, and development activities based on user needs.
• Troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues.
• Remaining up-to-date on the latest technological advancements, especially those relevant to Huntington.
• Effective identification of training needs; involvement in training less experienced staff.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.

• Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in collaboration with technology teams to deliver business and technical solutions utilizing OAuth2.0, Java, Rest API, SpringBoot, Kafka, and JSON.
• Proficiency with DevOps, continuous integration, container-based applications, and cloud deployment architectures for 5+ years.
