Job Title: Locum Physician - OB/GYN
Join our esteemed medical team at a leading healthcare facility in Springfield, Ohio! This Hospital offers a dynamic practice opportunity for an Obstetrician-Gynecologist, with essential services including Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will enjoy practicing in a supportive environment, ensuring quality care for a diverse patient population.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients.
  • Manage low and high-risk pregnancies, including monitoring and interpreting fetal heart rates.
  • Perform required obstetrics and gynecological procedures including routine and complicated deliveries, C-sections, and surgical gynecology procedures.
  • Collaborate with nursing and midwifery staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
  • Participate in weekend call on a rotating schedule.
  • Assist with the clinical supervision of advanced practice providers.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified in OB/GYN.
  • Valid Ohio medical license or willing to obtain.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Active DEA registration.
  • Clean malpractice history.
  • Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of the presentation date.
