Job description

The Department of Pathology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) is seeking an academic anatomic pathologist who specializes in Neuropathology.

Applicants must Academic rank and compensation will be commensurate with academic record and experience. Candidates must be board certified in Anatomic Pathology and Neuropathology. Ability to sign out other specialty areas is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

Successful applicant will participate in clinical and/or collaborative translational research and in trainee teaching responsibilities.

Requirements
  • MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree
  • Board-certified or board‑eligible in Anatomic Pathology and Neuropathology (or equivalent)
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Ohio
  • Qualify for an academic appointment at the assistant or associate professor level – Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with previous training and experience

Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
