  • Lead the planning and execution of large‑scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds
  • Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities
  • Oversee the project scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation using industry‑standard tools and methodologies
  • Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Negotiate contract execution and change order management
  • Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting and documentation
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds
  • Education in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)
  • Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience with contract negotiation, cost control and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera or similar) is a plus
Working Conditions
  • Travel up to 30% of the time across the United States and to our hub in Florence, KY
