ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I'm excited to be building my brand-new State Farm agency in 2026 with a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an Auto Adjuster and Quality Assurance Consultant - I've been in the insurance industry since 2006. I earned my automotive degree from Columbus State, am married with three children, and enjoy mountain biking and whitewater rafting in my free time.
Serving others has always been important to me. I'm actively involved in my church, participate in community outreach focused on the skilled trades, and conduct mock interviews at local vocational schools to help students prepare for their careers.
Our agency offers professional development, coaching, performance bonuses, team-building events, birthday lunch celebrations, free snacks and coffee, a wellness benefit, and opportunities for growth and advancement. As a new agency, you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside the business and make a meaningful impact from day one.
Our culture is professional, fun, and built on servant leadership. I believe in leading by example, investing in my team, and helping others succeed. I'm looking for someone with integrity who is coachable, accountable, and eager to learn. If you're a positive team player who enjoys serving others and wants to build a rewarding career, we'd love to meet you.
