Job description

We have a full-time, direct hire opportunity for an IT Field Technician in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-driven and has strong communication skills.


Preventative Maintenance
 

      Performing preventative maintenance through quarterly site visits and analysis of restaurants

      Coaching Operations on basic use/care of equipment

      Provide Operations and Regional Facility Manager with summary of quarterly visits

      Complete 100% of all Preventative Maintenance visits each quarter

      Following all Development Department guidelines

      Responsive to reactionary needs
 

Administrative Work
 

      Prioritize service requests and handling emergency/escalated calls as needed

      Ability to develop vendor relationships as well as with Operations teams

      Traveling requirements (Depending on region)

      Maintains spare parts inventory in Company vehicle, restocking inventory and order of parts and service portal
 

Self-motivated And Working Independently
 

       Formulating preventative maintenance schedules

      Accurate accounting of your work

      Strong verbal and written communication skills

      Flexible work schedule, hours vary by task, possible weekend or night work when equipment fails
 

The Ideal Candidate Will
 

      Mechanically inclined and provides through troubleshooting remotely in attempt to address minor equipment issues

      Demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate multiple schedules while planning work to facilitate timely achievement of results

      Must be able to lift 60lbs

      Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report

      Responsible for safe driving requirements as determined by the law

      Preferred 3-5 years of equipment experience

      On job training is provided
