Millwright (TIG Welding a Plus) needed ASAP

Steelial – Construction & Industrial Services

Steelial is seeking experienced Millwrights to support installation, maintenance, and mechanical alignment of industrial equipment across food processing and material handling systems. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to precision and safety. TIG welding experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, align, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings.
  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs in field and shop environments.
  • Execute rigging, setting, and precision alignment of equipment.
  • Support conveyor systems, processing equipment, and structural installs.
  • Follow all safety protocols and jobsite requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Millwright or similar mechanical trade.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, alignment, and installation.
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience with rigging and equipment setting.
  • TIG welding experience preferred (not required).
  • OSHA certification and/or trade school background a plus.
