• Configure computer-controlled gauging and information systems in Windows network

environments.

• Diagnose, repair, and service electromechanical equipment and related PC components

• Evaluate the accuracy and repeatability of optical and mechanical measurement systems.

• Assist with testing, prototyping, and evaluation of new products and product enhancements.

• Provide telephone, email, and remote technical support to customers.

• Perform occasional on-site installation, training, maintenance, and service visits.

• Document work performed and communicate effectively with customers and internal team

members.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in a related field.

electromechanical equipment, instruments, gauges, industrial equipment, or computer

systems.

• Experience working with precision measurement devices.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.

• Customer service and technical support experience.

• Experience with SQL databases, including querying and troubleshooting.

Performance Expectations
