Compensation package includes:
- 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
- 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year and 128 hours your second year. For each one (1) year of service, full-time team members will receive an additional 8 hours of PTO, with a maximum PTO accrual of 200 hours.

We are seeking a skilled, on-site Mechanical Design Engineer who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysis of sample parts and machinery
- Interpretation of technical design information
- Design of parts and mechanical assemblies per customer requirements
- Creation of CAD models, engineering drawings, and inspection plans for manufacturing
- Collaboration with customers, vendors, and other team members
What You Bring
You should have:
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering gained from a bachelor’s degree or other education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate work experience in the industry
- Solidworks experience required
- Ability to learn quickly and excel at problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge from relevant experience, such as manufacturing, inspection, machine design, controls systems, and project management
