Job Description
Primary work objectives:
MHAS is looking for a skilled IT Consultant to refactor an existing custom .net/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure to meet the needs of our Agency and constituents. In addition to the attached technical proficiencies, the selected candidate will demonstrate the ability to work directly with our Human Resource professionals, understand the basic terminology and business functions of HR, and have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing to the project sponsors. Prior experience with HR applications or processes is not mandatory but preferred. Having worked on an interface with Ohio’s ERP (OAKS) is also advantageous.
Mandatory skills:
.NET Framework (4.7.2 and higher), .net core 2.2 and higher Visual Studio (2022/2019) SQL Server 2016 Asp.net MVC 5, MVC Core Entity Framework 6.2 including LINQ to SQL, Entity framework core Kendo UI Controls for ASP.NET MVC Java Script, jQuery and CSS 3.0 C# 7.0 and higher WCF/Web API Visual Studio Unit Testing Azure DevOps Build and release using DevOps pipelines Git source code repository ( 2 +) Azure App Service (2 years) Azure blob storage (< 1year)
