Description

American Traveler is hiring an ARRT-certified CT Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a Level I Trauma hospital CT department in Columbus, Ohio.

Details
  • Level I Trauma acute care hospital setting in Columbus, Ohio
  • CT department with a high-volume workload of approximately 270–290 scans per day
  • 3x12-hour night shifts, Friday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
  • On-call as assigned within staff rotation
  • Uses GE and Toshiba/Cannon CT equipment
  • Epic EMR in use
  • 13-week contract
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of CT experience required; less may be considered for candidates with Level I or Level II Trauma experience
  • Large hospital, Level I or Level II Trauma experience preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited radiography program
  • ARRT certification in CT and Radiography (CT and XR) required
  • Current OH state license required; pending license accepted
  • Current BLS required
  • Experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon CT equipment required
  • Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
  • License required if applicable
Additional Information
  • Performs diagnostic CT and radiographic procedures in accordance with ARRT and facility guidelines
  • Prepares patients for examinations and positions them appropriately for each procedure
  • Provides radiation safety measures for both the patient and operator
  • Conducts routine radiographic studies in diagnostics
  • Charcoal grey scrubs required
