Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Service Specialist - Lamination, you will...

  • Oversee equipment readiness and safe operation of pilot and production laminators
  • Ensure consistent performance across various adhesive chemistries, while also leading lamination-related technical projects supporting R&D, Product Management, and Sales teams
  • Conduct hands-on testing and internal process optimization, as well as collaborate cross-functionally to support product scale-up and quality investigations
  • Support field reps and customers with troubleshooting, line trials, and technical evaluations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience in a production environment. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or technical training preferred.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, technical service, or similar environments. Background in adhesives, converting, or flexible packaging would be a big plus!
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to operate pilot/production-scale laminator equipment
