Compensation amp; Benefits:
Salary starting at $20.12 Hr.

Duties and Job Responsibilities :
Order Fulfillment
  • Pick items from the warehouse for factory production as well as for outbound shipments
  • Keep warehouse and inventory in an organized and orderly manner.
  • Communicate with Sales, Customer Service, and Production Departments to ensure the availability of merchandise.
  • Scan finish pallets with handheld scanner and place into bin location.
  • Maintain a clean work environment at all times
Inventory / Receiving
  • Responsible for moving material to proper location in warehouse
  • Must safely use forklift, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment.
  • Responsible for completing daily receiving log and delivery of incoming parcels
  • Use a PC to review inventory, input data, and make signs for pallets
  • Communicate with Production and Quality when conducting quality control checks on incoming material.
  • Input lot code, expiration date, and material number data into the computer software and verify the information for inventory control and food safety.
  • Report and then fix any inventory discrepancies to ensure robust inventory data
  • Participate in physical inventory process
  • Conduct cycle counts on inventory and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain equipment in warehouse, such as batteries in forklift, hydraulic fluid for pallet jacks,etc.
  • Wrap and properly label finished product
  • Follow and comply with all safety, work rules and regulations.
  • Follows company product safety, legality and quality systems.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Required experience and skills
  • High School Graduate or GED equivalency
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Quality and detail oriented

  • Knowledge of basic computer functions.
  • Ability to multi task

  • Previous warehouse, inventory experience helpful

Work Environment amp; Physical Requirements:
  • This role requires physical activity including walking, standing, and lifting in a production and warehouse setting.
    May be exposed to minor dust and noise levels.
  • Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment as required
  • Must complete and be competent in all required FSQA, Safety and Job training.
  • Must observe and understand all company rules, follow all safety programs, wear proper Personal Equipment (PPE) during the performance of job duties, and work in a safe manner at all times.
  • Reports and takes necessary action to prevent food safety, legality and quality problems from occurring.
  • Follows and enforces programs and procedures outlined in the Food Safety and Quality Manual to support compliance with the GFSI Global Standard for Food Safety and other third party audits
