The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in architecture required.
  • Revit/BIM experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates a customer service focus.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in with an architecture firm.
  • Ability to work within a team environment working with individuals from various offices and in various disciplines.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task between projects and priorities at one time.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building design including ground up, tenant fit out, and remodel type projects.
  • Meeting and communicating with project manager daily/weekly.
  • Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow-up.
  • Coordinating with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
  • Project Administration.
