Job description

Job Summary:
DGPerry CPAs + Advisors is a certified public accounting firm with multiple office locations, dedicated to providing high-quality accounting and advisory services. They are seeking a full-time Junior Systems Administrator to support day-to-day technology operations, assist with system administration, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain network and cloud-based environments.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft Azure environments
• Support and maintain Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and organizational units
• Assist with Group Policy management and troubleshooting
• Support Microsoft Exchange and email-related administration
• Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and monitoring
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processes
• Collaborate with IT Director on projects and infrastructure improvements
Qualifications:
Required:
• Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience through internships, help desk roles, or related IT positions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, networking, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics, and professional conduct
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field
Preferred:
• CompTIA A+ Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
