What You'll Do:
- Provide infusion therapy to adult and geriatric oncology patients
- Manage symptoms and administer treatments in a outpatient infusion clinic setting
- Document patient care using EPIC system
- Float between multiple clinics as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure top-quality care
- Maintain safety and compliance with healthcare standards
- Support patients throughout their treatment course and monitor for adverse reactions
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- BLS certification (required)
- ONS/OCN infusion certification (required)
- 3+ years of outpatient infusion experience, including chemo
- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Proficiency with EPIC documentation system
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- ACLS certification preferred
