- Coordinates immigration services and case management, including visa applications, documentation, and communication with government agencies, legal counsel, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Maintains accurate immigration and compliance records while ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Analyzes compliance data, metrics, and reports to identify risks, recommend solutions, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Develops and deliver training, education, and communications related to immigration processes, compliance requirements, policies, and regulatory changes.
- Supports audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and addressing compliance concerns through corrective actions and process improvements.
- Leads and supports immigration and compliance-related projects, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve objectives, meet deadlines, and promote organizational integrity.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Compliance, Risk Management, another applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

- Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional or Professional in Human Resources, preferred.
- Society for Human Resource Management Immigration Specialty credential, highly preferred.
Skills:
