The ability to maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance along with an organized and neat workspace is crucial. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are a must, as exceptional client service is what we do, with no compromises and no exceptions!

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of Ohio, in good standing.
• Experience of at least 1 year preferred, but not required.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work 6-to-7-hour shifts.
• Be excited and willing to learn new techniques through paid training.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

  • All therapists will be fully trained and certified in Advanced Oncology Massage through Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique. 
  • All therapists will be trained on the benefits and therapeutic applications of LED Light Bed Therapy, Hyperbaric Therapy, Rasul Mud Bath Therapy, Shirodhara, sauna, steam, hydrotherapy services, and other modalities offered at the spa.

  • Our Director of Spa Operations is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and is very involved with the day to day operations of the massage therapy team and the leadership development of the Massage Therapy Department Manager.
  • Our Massage Therapy Department Manager is a Licensed Massage Therapist who is actively working as a LMT day to day.
