Job description

Location: Westerville, OH Salary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $70.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Java Developers W2 Only
W2 only position. No C2C
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development using Java.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications.
  • Experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend application development.
  • Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and supporting applications in large-scale production environments.
  • Experience working with SQL and/or database querying technologies.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of application resiliency, security best practices, and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile application development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and contribute to technical design discussions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building reliable, scalable software solutions.
