Position Summary
The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of client delivery projects by coordinating daily project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role applies NASI PMO standards and methodologies to help deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about improving processes, supporting technical teams, and strengthening project performance.

  • Contract with possible contract extension or hire, current project estimated through Dec 2026
  • Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am up 5:00pm (as needed after hours/weekends)
  • Location: Onsite - Client site in New Albany, OH

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination & Execution
  • Apply NASI PMO standards, processes, and methodologies consistently across all assigned projects.
  • Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deliverables across multiple contributing teams.
  • Assist with payroll, time off requests, and onboarding.
  • Assist with material ordering of supplies and rental equipment
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and version control in centralized systems.
  • Monitor project activities, identify potential delays, and provide timely status updates to the project manager.
  • Assist with requirements for gathering, testing, and other project specific tasks as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Gather, organize, and validate project information to ensure delivery teams have current, accurate data.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and documentation to support stakeholder communication.
  • Foster strong, collaborative working relationships across NASI operations and all levels of the organization.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze project data including schedules, budgets, resource utilization, and delivery performance.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for PMO and operations leadership.
  • Maintain and distribute project materials such as status updates, policies, requirements documents, and vendor information.
  • Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and change-control documentation.
  • Look for opportunities to improve coordination processes, optimize workflows, and enhance project quality.
  • Support seamless transitions between project and operational functions.
  • Achieve performance targets related to service quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience, preferably within the technology services industry.
  • Understanding project management methodologies, standards, and documentation practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including requirements of documentation and issue troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across project teams, stakeholders, management, and vendors.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, PPM tools, ERP platforms, ServiceNow, Salesforce.com, workforce management, and cloud-based systems.
