Description

Are you a skilled plumber looking to take a step back? Do you want to use your brain and not your back? Then Atlas Butler's Elite Plumbing Inspector position might be for you. Our plumbing department is expanding, and we are looking to add a plumbing inspector to perform residential inspections to help keep our customers safe.


As an Elite Plumbing inspector, you will be expected to complete the following tasks:

Inspect all plumbing faucets and fixtures for leaks to ensure proper operation

Inspect all drains for proper flow

Inspect garbage disposal for leaks to ensure proper operation

Inspect all under-sink traps and shut-offs

Inspect CSST gas lines for proper grounding/bonding

Inspect sewage stations for proper operation

Check water quality (test water hardness, chlorine content, quality of drinking water)

Check water pressure

Check all emergency shut-off valves for proper operation

Flush water heater as recommended by the manufacturer

Test water temperature to ensure safe high temperature limits

Tune-up mechanical parts

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

Previous plumbing experience and general knowledge of plumbing code

Customer focused mindset with a positive attitude

Solutions oriented attitude with a knack for problem solving

Ability to positively represent the Atlas Butler Brand

Must be able to pass pre employment drug, background, and MVR screenings.


*Pay for this position is based on experience and will include base pay + performance pay. First year OTE for this position is $65,000.
