Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and education—while working within a collaborative, team-based environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions
  • Provide primary care support across multiple specialties
  • Perform in-scope procedures
  • Collaborate closely with specialists in ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties to ensure continuity and coordination of care
  • Utilize E-ClinicalWorks for efficient, compliant, and patient-centered documentation
  • Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications

Requirements

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in the state of Ohio
  • Must be experienced in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
  • Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds
  • Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care
  • Strong communication and empathy skills—your ability to connect with patients matters as much as your clinical expertise
  • Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and high-quality care
  • E-Clinical Works EMR experience a PLUS!
