Job description
Our organization, one of the largest healthcare networks in Central Ohio, is in search of a committed OBGYN Laborist Physician to join our team and deliver outstanding care within a collaborative, patient-centered setting.
Position Highlights- Employment Status: 0.9 FTE
- Schedule Options:
- Standard: Three 12-hour shifts weekly
- Optional: One 24-hour shift plus one 12-hour shift for those who prefer longer work periods
- No Outpatient Responsibilities: Concentrate solely on inpatient obstetrics and gynecology
- Hospital Locations:
- Mount Carmel St. Ann's - (OSU OB/GYN residents) - Level III nursery, approximately 3,500 deliveries annually
- Mount Carmel East - (Nurse Midwives) - Level III nursery, around 2,000 deliveries each year
- Mount Carmel Grove City - (OSU OB/GYN residents) - Level II, about 1,500 deliveries per year
- Team Environment: Collaborate with skilled OBGYNs, midwives, anesthesiologists, and neonatologists
- 24/7 MFM Support: Ongoing maternal-fetal medicine coverage for complex cases
- Academic Affiliation: Candidates should be willing to teach and mentor residents through our partnership with the OSU OBGYN Residency at either the Mt. Carmel St. Ann's or Mt. Carmel Grove City campuses.
- Technology: Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery across all campuses
