Compensation package includes:

  • 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
  • 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year and 128 hours your second year. For each one (1) year of service, full-time team members will receive an additional 8 hours of PTO, with a maximum PTO accrual of 200 hours.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis of sample parts and machinery
  • Interpretation of technical design information
  • Design of parts and mechanical assemblies per customer requirements
  • Creation of CAD models, engineering drawings, and inspection plans for manufacturing
  • Collaboration with customers, vendors, and other team members

What You Bring

You should have:

  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering gained from a bachelor’s degree or other education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate work experience in the industry
  • Solidworks experience required
  • Ability to learn quickly and excel at problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge from relevant experience, such as manufacturing, inspection, machine design, controls systems, and project management
