The Nemecek Firm Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team. This role will focus primarily on immigration litigation, with opportunities to handle select criminal law cases. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for clients from diverse backgrounds and committed to delivering high-quality legal representation.
⚖️ Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in immigration litigation matters, including removal defense, asylum claims, appeals, and related proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions, briefs, and other filings in immigration and criminal cases.
  • Appear in immigration court, federal court, and state court as required.
  • Advise clients on case strategy, legal rights, and potential outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.
