Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work across a diverse range of practice areas, including civil litigation in state and federal courts, the representation members of the State Police Association of Massachusetts, administrative hearings, internal affairs interviews, civil rights litigation, civil service matters, before the Civil Service Commission, appeals to the POST Commission, Chapter 93A consumer protection claims, labor and employment matters, and personal injury cases.The ideal candidate is a motivated attorney with strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills who thrives in a collaborative environment. This role provides meaningful client interaction, courtroom experience, and the opportunity to develop expertise across multiple areas of practice while working closely with experienced attorneys.
