Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Reports to: Sales Manager

About Results Driven REI

Results Driven REI is a performance-driven real estate education company that helps entrepreneurs build and scale profitable businesses through structured systems, proven strategies, and high-level coaching. Our founders have built multi-million-dollar real estate companies and now mentor others using the same operational playbooks.

We are not a traditional education company. We operate with urgency, excellence, high standards, and a deep commitment to measurable results. Every team member plays a direct role in helping our clients transform their businesses — and their lives. If you’re looking for a place where your work truly matters, where performance is recognized, and where growth is the expectation, you will thrive here.

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (Setter) to join our high-performing sales organization. As an SDR, you are the first line of communication with prospective clients — individuals who have already shown interest in our programs and are actively seeking guidance on how to grow their real estate businesses.

This role requires someone who can listen, identify real needs, create trust quickly, and set strong, qualified appointments for our Client Acquisition Specialists. You will become an expert in understanding our ideal client, recognizing their challenges, and positioning our team to provide solutions.

This is not a scripted, high-volume call center position. This is a role for someone who wants to master the art of communication, influence, and problem-solving — and build a long-term career in sales. You will be trained, developed, challenged, and supported as you grow into higher-level roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Qualification

  • Contact warm leads generated through our marketing channels

  • Establish quick rapport and identify prospects’ goals, challenges, and readiness

  • Qualify leads through structured questions to ensure strong-fit appointments

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain consistent follow-up rhythms to nurture leads through the pipeline

  • Keep detailed notes and accurate data inside the CRM to support team visibility

  • Track daily activity and performance metrics with strong attention to detail

Collaboration & Sales Support

  • Work closely with Client Acquisition Specialists to ensure the handoff is seamless

  • Provide context and insights that improve close rates and client experience

  • Participate in training sessions, call reviews, and weekly performance meetings

Continuous Improvement

  • Take coaching and feedback seriously with the intention to grow rapidly

  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, call flows, and team performance

  • Demonstrate consistency, discipline, and reliability in day-to-day execution

What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or phone-based communication

  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills

  • High level of coachability with a willingness to implement feedback quickly

  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-up discipline

  • A competitive mindset paired with professionalism and emotional intelligence

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

  • A desire for long-term growth in sales, leadership, or business development

What We Offer
  • $48,000 base salary + uncapped commissions

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Professional sales training, call coaching, and development

  • A high-performance, ambitious team environment

  • Clear growth pathways into high-ticket closing or leadership roles

  • The opportunity to contribute to a mission that directly impacts clients’ success

Who Thrives in This Role
  • Individuals who want a career — not just a job

  • People who are energized by performance cultures and accountability

  • Teammates who take pride in being reliable and consistent

  • Communicators who understand tone, empathy, and influence

  • Sellers who want to grow into closers and leaders

If you are driven, professional, and ready for a role where you can grow rapidly with the right coaching and environment, we encourage you to apply.
