Responsibilities - Lead quality assurance efforts for multiple concurrent data ingestion and integration projects, focusing on regulatory alignment and data integrity. - Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines that support secure and efficient data operations. - Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including data engineers, developers, project managers, and compliance-to drive data quality and traceability. - Analyze data, troubleshoot complex data issues, and create actionable plans to address data quality concerns. - Generate daily and weekly test execution metrics and status reports for stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement by streamlining manual processes and championing test automation adoption. - Assist project managers/scrum masters in driving defect resolution and managing offshore QA activities. - Participate in requirement reviews, data mapping analysis, defect triage, and production implementation verification.
